Welcome to Tendara. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at tendarau.sbs and your participation in any of our workshops, sessions, or membership programmes. Please take a moment to read them carefully. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Tendara

Tendara operates from 182 Chaweng Beach Road, Bo Phut, Ko Samui 84320, Thailand. We offer family communication workshops, household records organisation sessions, and a peer community membership. All services are general educational and administrative in nature.

2. Nature of Our Services

It is important that participants understand what our offerings are and are not:

• Our Calm Conversations Workshop is a general educational experience focused on communication skill-building. It is not individual counselling, mediation, or any form of regulated professional service.
• Our Keepsake Records Session is an organising and administrative service to help you gather and arrange documents you already hold. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
• Our Lantern Community Membership provides access to workshops, printable guides, and a peer community. All discussions are general and educational. Participants with personal matters requiring specialist input are always encouraged to seek guidance from qualified professionals and the appropriate official bodies.

No outcomes are promised or implied. Participation in our workshops and sessions does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

3. Bookings and Payment

Making a Booking

Bookings may be made by contacting us via the website contact form, by telephone, or by email. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgement from us.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

Payment

Full payment is requested prior to or on the day of a session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at [email protected] or on +66 2 736 4519.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling at no additional charge.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling without a rebooking fee.
• Tendara reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, in which case we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in our workshops or sessions, you agree to:

• Treat all facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect
• Keep any personal information shared by other participants in a community or group setting in confidence
• Use any materials, guides, or printable resources for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not record sessions without prior written consent from Tendara

Tendara reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our workshop materials — including text, guides, graphics, and design — belongs to Tendara and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tendara provides all services in good faith and with reasonable care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we do not accept liability for:

• Any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of participating in a workshop or session
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our services or website
• Technical issues, interruptions, or unavailability of the website

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully.
